Pink celery

Watch for pests and diseases: Celery can be susceptible to pests like aphids, celery worms, and slugs, as well as diseases like blight and leaf spot. Keep an eye out for any signs of damage, and treat promptly if necessary.

Harvest: Celery takes a long time to mature, usually around 120-140 days from seed. Harvest the stalks when they are about 8-12 inches tall and have a good flavor. You can also harvest the leaves and use them as a seasoning.
